I just had to listen to a customer's cell phone conversation about her kids' trip to the doctor. It included throwing up due to bacteria and bumps caused by a fungal infection from the hot tub.
I love my job. I love my job. I love my job.

These kind of imposed phone conversations are like second hand smoke.
I'm old and stupid, I guess, but I don't understand why people think it's okay to hold a loud, private conversation in a public place. Not even a conversation...half a conversation. It's rude! I feel sorry for cashiers (and other people) who are trying to conduct business with customers who are loudly and distractedly talking to someone else on the phone. I also hate to be behind these people in line.
And then there are the souls who talk on the phone, loudly, in restaurants.
Don't worry mom. Just keep repeating that to yourself, and maybe it will come true. And if all else fails, I'll make you cookies. :)
